We employ a team of researchers to gather business contact information for individuals working in certain corporations. The information collected comprises / process your personal information for all or some of the following:

  • Company
  • Business Telephone Number
  • Business Email Address
  • Job Title
  • Job Function and Responsibilities
This information is gathered by web research, telephone research from in-person request, from public sources, or from third party data providers. ProComs does not collect any non-business-related data such as date of birth, home address, personal email or telephone number, or government identification number, and ProComs does not collect sensitive personal data.

Purpose and Use

ProCom Connections processes your information for direct marketing purposes, in the legitimate interest of itself and its clients. ProComs clients may use the information to contact individuals on their business telephone or at their business email address in order to market products and/or services to the individual’s employer company

Access and Opt-Out Rights

With respect to the information ProComs possesses about you, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction. You also have the right to object to processing. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting ProComs using the information below. You may request access to the information ProComs has about you. You may also request the correction, amendment, or deletion of any information about you that is inaccurate, and you may also simply opt-out of the database. ProComs will treat requests for access, amendment, or deletion of information in accordance with its internal policies and applicable legal requirements. If you feel that we have not complied with your requests, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority in your country.
