Tracey has been providing services for Emap for a number of years now and indeed since the birth of Procom Connections. I have used them to help build and grow our marketing database which has developed over time meaning a huge rise in volume and global reach. Tracey ensured that Procom evolved with us to keep up that demand and I have no hesitation in recommending their professional service.
We have used ProComs to undertake our Customer Satisfaction Surveys over the past year; over this period, Tracey and her teams have worked closely with us to develop and hone our Key Performance Indicators. As a result, we have immense confidence in their systems, recognising the benefits of the professional approach that they take in liaising with our clients.

I use ProComs on regular basis for telephone verification and research purposes and am always very pleased with the results they produce. They are always able to deliver our jobs back to us by the required deadline dates, despite us always requiring short turnaround times. They keep in constant contact with me so I can track the progress of each job and their reporting system is very good, enabling me to analyse the success of each campaign.
