We are very excited to announce the successful implementation of 15 new Connect software licences at the head office site of Emap Connect, Greater London House, London.
Autumn Fair 2011 and Spring Fair 2012 are two of Emap’s flagship brands and the biggest retail events in the UK.
The licences are being used for a team of 15 telemarketing agents, who are calling prospective visitors in order to register them to attend the forthcoming events.
With high targets for the team over the next few months, the technology will enable the agents to be very productive and focussed and to be aware “real time” if they are on track for their personal targets – as well as the overall project objectives.
The telemarketing solution provided by Procom Connections included the cloud based licence implementation, bespoke wallboards and reporting, campaign set-up, agent training and ongoing supervision. This provided Emap with all the benefits of having an in-house team, combined with the structure, support and expertise that usually only comes from an outsource situation.
The Connect Tele business software has been integrated with the web registration form for ease of data population whilst on the telephone and standard email templates have been set up to send at the touch of a button. All with a view to improved productivity.
Although the project is in its early stages, we have received positive feedback from the Emap project owners and the actual telemarketing agents using it. Interest has also been shown from other event managers and departments from within Emap as they have seen the solution in practice.
Stuart Thomas, the events’ senior marketing manager says “From the outset we realised that ProCom could significantly improve the productivity of our visitor telemarketing team. The software allows the quality of the call to be improved and allows real visibility on operator performance. We look forward to seeing the results of the campaign.”
