Salary - £14 - 22k Dependant on experience/aptitude
We are now looking to enhance the IT department with the recruitment of a software developer to assist in supporting the company's bespoke call centre software. This software is being used by both the client's call centre and by external clients.
 
It is expected that the successful candidate will rapidly become a key figure in the organisation, providing the first point of contact for both internal and external users of the software. They will also be responsible for initiating and implementing new feature and functionality enhancements to the systems.
The software has recently been launched as a web version and further development in this area is seen as a key objective of 2011.
 
The ideal candidate will be a graduate or someone with a good educational background in software development, particularly in database and web development.​ They will have a knowledge of:
* MS SQL Server 2008
* MS Access 2007/​2010/​Access Data Projects* VBA
* Web integration with SQL Server 2008
* Web Design
* Amazon Cloud services
 
In depth experience/knowledge is not essential and someone with basic knowledge, but who is excited by the prospect of working for a rapidly growing business, and is enthusiastic, willing to learn & has an aptitude for working with IT systems is likely to be equally successful.

The job will be based in Kings Langley but working from home may be considered.​ Anyone living in the areas between Stevenage/​Welwyn/St Albans and Kings Langley will find this an especially good fit.

We are undertaking worldwide calling and are keen to employ agents with Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Portuguese and Korean language skills.
You must be confident speaking on the telephone and have excellent IT skills. Professionalism and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role.
