Plus the Out of Home sector via our partner company Caterlyst.
Our MD started her career selling advertising space on the phone and then running sales teams through the 80’s and 90’s and has since been involved in managing some 4-5000 client campaigns both outsourced and in-house.

Our technology is the backbone of the business and has evolved since 1989, when the original “Connections” company was a lead generation publication and it was then written in DOS.
Today this provides the structure and the process behind what we do and is now offered to clients for their own in-house projects via the cloud and with a browser version just around the corner.
The objective from 2010 has been to continue providing a first class outsourced telemarketing service to all clients in addition to applying focus on developing a ProCom software solution, that draws on the wealth of internal knowledge, experience and bespoke software advances. Thus allowing ProComs to provide the option of an Outsourced, In-House or Managed Service by giving clients the flexibility and power that our bespoke software system provides.
By improving our processes and systems in response to client demands over the past 2 decades, ProComs has now evolved to provide a well rounded, flexible and effective solution to meet any businesses telemarketing, data cleansing, market research, lead generation or telesales needs.
The future also brings a new relationship with data experts in the field of catering & food service via a joint venture with the brand “Caterlyst” and the bringing together of excellence in both data and telemarketing for this industry sector.
